Welcome to AppRevBooster ("Service" or "Platform"), an AD revenue analytics and campaign management platform owned and operated by AppRevBooster ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the AppRevBooster website at www.apprevbooster.com and the Service at cockpit.apprevbooster.com, you ("User," "you," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

AppRevBooster is a SaaS product designed to simplify the tracking, analysis, and optimization of advertising performance. The Service unifies data from various AD networks (including Google Ads and AdMob, all upcoming AdNetworks) into a single, user-friendly dashboard, available on any device.

As a user of AppRevBooster, you agree to:

1. Provide Accurate Information: Ensure your registration and profile information (Name, Email, Company Name, etc.) is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Maintain Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and access credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Compliance: Use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
4. No Misuse: Not use the Service to transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, or otherwise objectionable material.
5. Data Disintegration: If you choose to remove an integrated account, you must follow the correct process within the Integration Management section. We are not responsible for data or service disruptions following the deletion of an integration.

We respect your privacy and the security of your data.

Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal data and the operational data (revenue, spend, performance metrics) accessed via your integrated AD network accounts are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access, process, and display your AD network data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the AppRevBooster Service to you.

• Invitations: You are responsible for the actions of any team member you invite to your AppRevBooster account.
• Roles: You may create custom roles with specific access levels (Create, Delete, Read, Update) and assign those roles to integrated accounts or specific apps. You are solely responsible for configuring the permissions correctly.
• Deactivation: You may remove a team member at any time via the 'bin' icon in the Team Management section.

The Service, including its code, design, features, user interface, and all content (excluding your AD network data), is and will remain the exclusive property of AppRevBooster and its licensors. AppRevBooster is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the India and foreign countries.

• Subscription: Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription you select.
• Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, which will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following notice to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the accuracy of the data displayed.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
• While we aim for reliable reporting, we make no guarantee regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the revenue, spend, or net data displayed on the dashboard, which is based on data provided by third-party AD networks.

In no event shall AppRevBooster, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• any content obtained from the Service; and
• unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content,

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be settled by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
