01Who we are
AppRevBooster is based in Gujarat, India (“AppRevBooster”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use apprevbooster.com and the AppRevBooster application (together, the “Service”), why we collect it, and the rights you hold over it.

02What we collect
- Account data — your name, work email, password (stored hashed), and workspace details you provide at signup.
- Platform data — reporting data from the platforms you connect via their official authorization: revenue, spend, campaign, order, and app performance data from AdMob, Google Play, App Store Connect, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Meta Ads. Access is limited to the scopes you approve on each platform’s own consent screen.
- Billing data — processed securely by our payment provider. We receive transaction confirmations and invoice details; we do not store your card numbers. GSTIN and billing address, where you provide them, appear on invoices.
- Usage data — log and device information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, actions taken) used for security, audit trails, and product improvement.
- Support communications — messages you send us by ticket or email.
03How we use it
- To provide the Service — syncing your connected platforms, computing and displaying your reports, and executing the campaign and account actions you take.
- AI analysis — anomaly detection and summaries run on your workspace’s own data to power the flags and insights the Service shows you.
- Billing and account administration — plans, invoices, taxes.
- Support — answering you, and investigating issues you report.
- Security and improvement — protecting accounts, auditing access, and improving the product.
04What we never do
- We never sell your data — not account data, not platform data, not usage data.
- We never use one customer’s platform data to benefit another customer or any third party.
- We never access beyond the scopes you approved, and never ask for your platform passwords.
- We do not serve advertising in the Service and do not share your data with advertisers.
05Storage & security
Your data is hosted on AWS in Mumbai, India (ap-south-1). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every platform connection uses OAuth 2.0 or a scoped service-account credential — we never see or store your platform passwords. API keys and tokens are stored securely. Access inside AppRevBooster is role-restricted and logged.
06Sharing & subprocessors
We share data only with the service providers required to run the Service — hosting (AWS), payments, and the email and infrastructure providers needed to operate it — each bound to process it only for us, and with authorities where the law requires it. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
07Retention & deletion
Account and platform data are retained while your account is active. Disconnecting a platform stops new syncs; already-synced data from that platform is deleted within 30 days. On account deletion, your data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. tax records for invoices).
08Your rights
Wherever you are, we honor the substance of modern privacy law — including India’s DPDP Act and GDPR/CCPA-style rights: access, correction, deletion, export, and withdrawal of consent. Exercise any of them by writing to support@apprevbooster.com from your account email; we verify and respond within the timelines applicable law sets.
09Cookies
The Service uses essential cookies for sign-in and session security, and analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser.
10Children
The Service is built for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11Changes to this policy
When this policy changes materially, we notify account owners by email and update the date above. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
