01Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the AppRevBooster website and application (the “Service”), operated by AppRevBooster. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.
02The Service
AppRevBooster is a revenue-intelligence platform: it connects, with your authorization, to your monetization and advertising platform accounts, unifies their reported data into reports and analyses, and lets you take certain account actions (such as campaign changes) from within the Service. No SDK or code integration is required; connections use each platform’s official authorization.
03Accounts & teams
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Workspace owners control team membership and roles. Actions by team members are attributed and logged, and are the workspace’s responsibility.
04Your platform connections
- You represent that you are authorized to connect each platform account you connect, and that doing so does not breach that platform’s terms.
- Access is limited to the scopes you approve and is revocable at any time — from within the Service or from the platform’s own security settings.
- The Service depends on the connected platforms’ APIs; platform outages, restatements, or policy changes may affect data availability and are outside our control.
05Plans, trials & billing
- Every plan begins with a 30-day full-featured trial.
- Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring cycle. Applicable taxes, including GST for Indian customers, are added as law requires; provide your GSTIN for it to appear on invoices.
- Founding-offer pricing, where active, locks the joining price for as long as the subscription remains continuously active.
- Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rated charges. Downgrades are handled by contacting support.
06Refunds & cancellation
You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled pro-rated and case-by-case — write to support@apprevbooster.com from your account email.
07Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, no attempts to breach or probe security, no interference with the Service or other customers.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling of the Service or its data outputs to third parties.
- No connecting accounts you are not authorized to connect.
08Your data & our license
Your data remains yours. You grant us the limited license needed to process it solely to provide the Service — syncing, storing, computing reports, running the AI analyses the product shows you, and executing the actions you instruct. Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
09Campaign & account actions
Actions you or your team take through the Service (for example, pausing a campaign or changing a budget) execute in your own platform accounts under the permissions you granted. You are responsible for the business outcomes of the actions you instruct; we are responsible for transmitting them faithfully and logging them in your audit trail.
10Availability & changes
We operate an evolving, early-stage product and are honest about that: features may change, improve, or be replaced. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and to communicate material changes; a contractual SLA applies only where an Enterprise agreement says so.
11Disclaimers
The Service presents data as reported by the connected platforms; we do not guarantee that platform-reported figures are free of source errors or restatements. Reports and AI summaries are informational tools — not financial, tax, or legal advice. Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is”.
12Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, we make your data available for export for 30 days before deletion.
14Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
15Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes are notified to account owners by email before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
