What you can do

  1. You can create different roles, add a description about what the particular role can do, provide specific access, and assign accessibility for the existing integrated accounts.
  2. You can create any role and provide any name as per your requirement and provide them with different tabs accesses and the actions which they can take, e.g., Create, Delete, Read, or Update.
  3. While creating the roles, you can also provide access to the existing integrated accounts or to specific apps from an account, or different apps from each account.
  4. You will be asked for a confirmation message while creating the role to ensure you are sure about creating a specific role with access to account(s) or app(s), or creating the role without selecting any apps from the available account(s).
  5. Creating a role without selecting an account is possible; however, assigning this role to any user will not display any data. You can see the tool tip displaying the same information in the Role Management tab for reference.
  6. If there is no requirement for a role, click the bin icon in red to delete the particular role. You will be asked to confirm the delete action in a popup.

Note: Assigning a role that has no account/app access will result in no data being displayed for the user.
