What this covers:the portfolio listing, the per-app drill-down, and how to keep a 54-app portfolio navigable.
The app listing
Every app across all connected accounts, one row each: revenue, spend, net, and trend for your selected range. Sort by any column — sorting by net is the fastest honest read of where the portfolio makes its money.
APP LISTING · BY NET
High Rise$4,918 NET
ACS Regional$4,222 NET
TV Regional ES$3,867 NET
The app detail view
Click any app for its own cockpit: the KPI row scoped to that app, its stream split, its geography, and the campaigns acquiring for it — so “this app is up 12%” becomes “ad revenue in Spain is up 22% on the same spend” in one click.
Organizing a large portfolio
Search matches app names instantly; filters narrow by platform and connected account.
iOS and Android versions of the same title appear as the stores report them. How they count toward your plan’s app limit is defined in Plans, billing & invoices.
Common questions
An app I own isn’t listed.
The connected account must own it. Apps under a different AdMob publisher or Play developer account appear once that account is also connected.
Can I hide retired apps?
Archived or delisted apps with no activity naturally fall out of ranked views. A manual archive action is on the roadmap; for now, sorting handles it.
