What this covers:the fastest route to an answer — self-serve first, then a ticket or an email to a human, and what to include so the first reply is the fix.
Self-serve first
These thirteen guides cover every module, and the Help Center search (⌘K anywhere in this section) matches tasks and platform names, not just titles. Most answers are one search away — which is the point: your time back is the product.
Creating a ticket
1In the cockpit, open Help Center and choose Create a ticket.
2Describe the issue and attach a screenshot if it is visual.
3Track replies in the same place — and in your email.
Email support
Write to support@apprevbooster.com — ideally from your account email. The first reply is fastest when you include: your workspace name, the app or platform involved, the date range where you saw the issue, and a screenshot.

What to expect
A human reads every ticket and email, and you'll hear back within one business day — usually sooner.
Feature requests are welcome through the same channels — an early-stage product is shaped by the publishers using it, and requests genuinely move the roadmap.
