Every campaign row shows spend against all revenue streams it drives — that ratio is True ROAS, and it is the honest one: platform dashboards divide by the revenue they can see; the ledger divides by everything.
Taking actions
1Select a campaign — or several — from the list.
2Pause, enable, or adjust budget from the action bar.
3Confirm. The change executes in your ad account and the row updates when the platform acknowledges it.
How actions execute
Actions run through the platform permissions you approved at connection — nothing is scraped or simulated. Every action is written to User Activities with who, what, and when, so a team’s changes stay auditable.
Actions currently work on Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Meta Ads — pause a campaign or adjust its budget directly. AdMob, Google Play, and App Store Connect are reporting-only for now.
Common questions
How fast do actions reflect?
The instruction is immediate; the platform’s own systems apply and report it on their cadence — usually quickly, occasionally minutes.
Can teammates be restricted from actions?
Roles control who can act versus view. See Team management & roles.
Troubleshooting
⚠️
An action failed to apply. Usually a permission scope: the connected account must have campaign-edit rights on that ad account, not just read access. Reconnect the platform with the fuller scope.
