Reading connection health
The Integrations screen shows every platform with a live state:
CONNECTED needs nothing from you. SYNCING is normal after connecting or reconnecting. DISCONNECTED means the platform revoked or expired the grant — usually a password change or a security review upstream.
Reconnecting a platform
Revoking access
Two ways, both complete: remove the connection in Integrations, or revoke the grant from your own Google, Apple, or Meta security settings. Either direction fully cuts AppRevBooster’s access — you are never locked in from the platform side.
What happens to already-synced data after removal: it stays available for 30 days after disconnecting, then is deleted — the same window as the rest of your account data (see our Privacy Policy).
How ongoing syncs behave
Once connected, refresh is automatic — no manual pulls, no CSVs. Recent windows update on a regular cadence; platforms that restate recent days (ad networks often finalize yesterday over several hours) are re-read so your ledger converges to their final numbers.
Troubleshooting
Almost always credential churn upstream — a rotated password, revoked app access, or an org security policy expiring grants. Reconnect with an account that owns stable access, ideally a role account rather than a personal one.
Check the platform’s own status page first — source outages pass through. If the platform is fine, disconnect and reconnect to force a fresh sync, then contact support if it persists.
