Connecting your six platforms.

GUIDE · 6 MINLAST UPDATED · JULY 2026
What this covers: connecting AdMob, Google Play, App Store Connect, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Meta Ads through official authorization — and what to expect from your first sync. No SDK enters your app; nothing ships in a release.

Before you start

You’ll need admin or owner access to each platform account you’re connecting — the authorization screens are shown by Google, Apple, and Meta themselves, and they require an account that can grant read access.

Budget about ten minutes for all six. Each connection is a one-time approval; AppRevBooster keeps them healthy from there and shows you the state of every connection on the Integrations screen.

Connect your Google sources

AdMob and Google Ads use the same OAuth flow — one approval each, on Google’s own consent screen. Google Play connects differently: a scoped service-account credential you generate yourself, not a sign-in screen.

1Open Integrations from the cockpit sidebar and choose AdMob.
2You’re handed to Google’s consent screen — you sign in with Google and approve the requested read access. Your password is never typed on AppRevBooster.
3Approve, and you’re returned to Integrations with the connection live and the first sync queued.
4Repeat for Google Ads — same consent-screen flow, one approval.
5Google Play works differently: choose it in Integrations, then paste in the service-account JSON key from your Google Cloud project — Play Console’s own setup guide walks you through generating one. No sign-in screen, just the credential.

Connect your Apple sources

App Store Connect and Apple Search Ads both connect through a service-account API key you generate yourself, scoped to reporting — no interactive sign-in for either.

1In Integrations, choose App Store Connect and paste in the API key (Issuer ID + Key ID) generated from your Apple Developer account.
2Repeat for Apple Search Ads — its own separate API credential, generated the same way from your ASA account. If your organization runs multiple ASA campaign groups, connect the one that owns your campaigns.
Good to know: Apple reports some data on a delay at the source. If yesterday looks light for a few hours, that’s Apple’s ledger catching up — not a broken connection.

Connect Meta Ads

1Choose Meta Ads in Integrations and approve on Meta’s consent screen with an account that can read your ad accounts.
2Select the ad account(s) to sync if you manage more than one.

Your first sync

Recent data appears within minutes of each connection; historical backfill continues in the background and fills your charts progressively.

Once every source shows SYNCED, your Dashboard has the complete picture: every stream, every spend line, one net number.

Common questions

Is my password ever shared with AppRevBooster?
No. AdMob, Google Ads, and Meta Ads approve on Google’s or Meta’s own consent screens; App Store Connect, Google Play, and Apple Search Ads connect through a scoped API credential you generate yourself. Either way, AppRevBooster receives scoped, revocable access — never your credentials.
Can AppRevBooster change anything in my accounts?
Connections are scoped for reporting. Where you enable campaign actions inside AppRevBooster, those use the corresponding platform permissions you approved — and every action is logged in User Activities.
How do I disconnect a platform later?
Two ways, both instant: remove it in Integrations, or revoke access from your own Google/Apple/Meta security settings. Either fully cuts access.
Will the numbers match each platform’s own dashboard?
Yes — AppRevBooster shows platform-reported data on one basis and one clock. Brief differences can appear while a source is still reporting its own recent hours; they converge as the platform finalizes.

Troubleshooting

⚠️
A connection is stuck on SYNCING.
First syncs with deep history take the longest. If it hasn’t settled after a reasonable window, disconnect and reconnect the source — that refreshes authorization and requeues the sync.
⚠️
An app is missing from my listing.
Check that the connected account actually owns that app — apps under a different AdMob publisher or Play developer account need that account connected too.
⚠️
A connection shows DISCONNECTED.
Usually a password change or a revoked grant upstream. Reconnect from Integrations — your history is preserved; the sync resumes where it left off.
